The Macon-Mercer Symphony Orchestra (MMSO) is a regional orchestra that aims to feature a variety of music and collaborate with the Middle Georgia community, Mercer University, and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.

Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center's mission is "Together, we elevate health and well-being through compassionate care". The hospital is part of the Atrium Health system, which also has a mission to "improve health, elevate hope, and advance healing—for all."
